Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING:

All U.S. orders over $50 will receive FREE USPS priority mail shipping.

For orders under $50, we offer Flat Rate Priority Mail Shipping for only $5. All Priority Mail shipments will take approximately 1-3 business days to ship. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has shipped.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be re­shipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as un-deliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.

 

ONLINE RETURNS:

Lauriebelle's gladly accepts returns for store credit (NO REFUNDS) for merchandise purchased online. We will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you received your shipment. A RECEIPT MUST BE PRESENT. The customer will be issued an online credit code for the selling price that the items were purchased for. We will contact you via email with your online credit code for the amount of your returned items. Original shipping costs will not be refunded on returns. Return shipping on exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. STORE CREDIT NEVER EXPIRES.

Items that smell of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent or have visible wear from being worn will not be accepted. These items can be shipped back to the customer at their expense. NO EXCEPTIONS.

IN STORE RETURNS:

Lauriebelle's gladly accepts returns for exchange or store credit (NO REFUNDS) for merchandise purchased in store or online. We will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the original purchase. A RECEIPT MUST BE PRESENT. The customer may either exchange the items they're returning or they can receive a gift card for the amount of merchandise returned.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund.

HOLIDAY SHOPPING RETURN POLICY: Starting November 19th, 2016 returns for credit or exchange will be accepted until January 8th, 2017 WITH a receipt! Returns being sent back via mail must be postmarked no later January 8th, 2017.
